I don't onow, but the clips are L shaped to hook onto main mirror

As an amateur radio operater I find it goes ok with caravanning, except when I try to rig up a top band dipole (Google it!!)

Does anyo e know where I can buy the clips that fit on the towing mirror rubbet straps and clip to the bottom of the car mirror, if that makes sense

I don't think 40 volts would kill you, anyway, remember the old saying "Volts jolts, mills kills". You can take a 10,000 volt shock that will give you a fair old belt, but not kill you, but a few milliamps will.

You've answered you own question. The reason most 4X4's have GB stickers is that British drivers are better than their continental chums, and know that ordinary cars are not designed to tow one and a half tons of caravan. 4X4's ARE the only proper towing vehicle.
