I was thinking about this topic yesterday. Charging for extra people is fine - more family = more electric etc. Dogs need cleaning up after too, not a pleasant job. Hi, thanks for all your comments. At the moment I want to join 1 club only and am trying to decide on the best(not easy!). As has been pointed out, the CL rates are only visible to members so a comparison is not straightforward. This club business seems to be an emotive subject!!

I must have been lucky, along with Rob! This is my first 'van,an old '76 ABI Target, & I got my awning for nothing off Freecycle before I collected the 'van! Big old canvas thing with no removable panels, must be as old as the 'van. Bit of Mr. Sheen, one of those plastic coated steel hook things...

I recently got a 1976 ABI Target 390 with no handbook(surprise!)and no joy on the net for info. can anyone tell me what pressure the 165/13 tyres should be?

After camping for years,we've just moved to 'vanning and despite now having a sink, we only used it for washing the bedtime drink cups. We too,or rather I(who does the pots!)love the cameraderie of the pot wash!
