Can anyone tell me where I can find a longer than normal Breakawy Cable. The one fitted to my Swift Charisma is not long enough to atach to the fixing point on my Honda CRV tow bar and I end up looping it around instead. Thanks

Regarding hitching with an ALCO fitted I have no problem at all. My CRV is fitted with the Honda remouvable tow bar that gives ample clearence. Having the spare on the back leaves more room inside the CRV. Rod

Hi Terrance - I tow a Swift Charisma with a Deisel CRV and find it superb. I get 32mpg whilst towing and 42+ without the van. Have yet to try it on a motorway. Rod

Thanks Alison. My problem (Bradcot Awning with Steel Poles) is that the poles come appart as the "so called" locking clips are very weak and just inefective. Rod

Hi Alison - Have had exactly the same problem and managed to cover the worst dent up with a nice sticker (Welsh Dragon) that I picked up at Halfords. What exactly have you done with the Bungee Cords to stop it happening again? Rod

Hi Dan - I fitted some to my Swift Charisma. Took a couple of hours but you need to have a tourque wrench and axle stands. No real problem to fit. Certainly seems to have improved stability. Rod

You can pick up the flexible pipe and the "Y" connector at most of the larger Caravan equipment outlets. Rod

We noticed that floor (by the Fridge) on our 12 month old Charisma has started to creak. It sounds like this is something that I need to get looked at whilst the van is still under warenty. Rod

I know its still summer but am also planning to use the van frequently through the UK winter as it seems a waste to just leave it in storage. What's the best way of insulating the external water supply? I am already on Propane but is there anything else I should concern myself about? Still...
