The spring will come out I'm just worried about the metal clip that holds it in place. When the spring comes out the clip will fall out and you can't get your fingers behind to replace it

Because of the bracket behind the backing plate holding the thing to the right of the brake drum in the first pic. You can't get your fingers behind to take out the clip holding the locating spring in place to take the shoes off.

Hi guys I'm replacing the bracke shoes on my lunar ultima 420 2012 it has an alko axle. I've done the oneside no problems but on this side. You can see in the pic there's a yellow stopper to the right of the brake drum. So to get my fingers in to release the little clip that holds the locating...

Just want to do them for piece of mind while we in lock down and can't use it want to get all the little jobs done ready for when we can use it again

Is there a way of knowing which axle i have on the van. I've a little look online and I'm assuming its an al-ko one but how can I tell which one. I'm used to working on cars so I know how to find specs out and its easy to find out which parts fit using make and model reg etc but the first time...

Hi guys I was looking for some help. I've got a 2012 lunar ultima 2 birth i think its a 420. I was looking at putting on some new brake shoes on but I can't find the torque setting for the axle nut. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
