Hi I'm looking for a site close to the WW1 battlefield sites in Belgium. Not too huge a site but comfortable and with good facilities, any ideas?

t's pretty much what we run it at. I worry however that with the gas removed to the side, (not quite over the axle) that you have the gas, the fridge and the cooker all on one side, opposite there is only the battery and the contents under the bed to compensate.

The van is virtually brand new, I hope pad wear will not be an issue. Yes it has ATC, and hock absorbers, I check the nose weight with a gauge.

I keep the tyres at the recommended level for a full load (38PSI)

Hi I use a solar panel on rallies, I connect it to the battery via crocodile clips, but it is then impossible to close the battery door. There is just so much battery wiring. Is there a better way? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi I am thinking about giving up my 4x4 for a Volvo V70. This has a maximum noseweight allowance of 75kgs. How do members load to this limit? I have a Bailey Pegasus 534.

Hi Sorry, I'm late! Yes that did cure it. I had given that a thought and indeed replaced the batteries but they must have been old ones, the fresh ones from Tesco did the trick. Thanks.

Hi I have a problem with my Truma S mover (Manual) I switch on the handset and then the mover engages and it moves the van about 1/2 a metre and then stops, the handset bleeps for anything up to a minute and the process starts again, engage, move 1/2 a metre, stop and long series of bleeps...

Hi I want to get a standalone battery charger to get my battery up to full capacity. I leave the caravan plugged into the mains but I am told that at times it could do with a 'proper' charge. I know I can't use my car charger, (not suitable for leisure batteries). Can someone recomend a unit?

My dealer tells me that the Pageant range is now finished, replaced by the Olympus. I want to buy a new bailey with transverse bathroom but I don't like the Pegasus/Olympus look. E mailed Bailey but unusually they are not being very helpful, HELP!
