The only reason I can think of why this thing works for you is that you're using it with mountain bikes with very thick wheels ... with an ordinary bike or hybrid the spokes get bent - take my word for it - they do! I've tried pushing the bars closer but its still no good for transporting bikes...

Check your spokes! ... (not the manufacturer are you?)

All OK ... not that it looked like anyone was going to reply! Found the service manual inside another handbook .. thought I'd lost it. The answer was 36 psi.

If anyone's thinking of buying one of these things, reviewed in the latest mag, have a very careful look at it first. Its very difficult to park bikes facing the same way .. ok one facing forwards and one facing aft will do .. you'll find that the thing will trash the spokes on the front wheel...

You'd have to assume that twin axles are more popular for stealing ... it's what the so called 'travellers' prefer. You'd think these days someone would be capable of making a device to stop caravans being stolen! Fortune waiting to be made ... something that could withstand an angle grinder or...

The police will usually ignore it because it's usually bl88dy pikeys .... the police are afraid of pikeys. Scum of the earth! I had a racing car trailer stolen from a locked compound a few years ago, empty fortunately .. they broke down the back fence, couldn't undo the lock so dragged it off...

.... except if you want to park it using a mover - in which case it probably won't work!

I know the outside lanes have height restrictions but isn't there an inside lane for high vehicles using the telepeage?
