    Try Lidalia in Newcastleton,Scottish Borders. Only 20 miles of M6 and 13 miles from Kielder Water. Great area for dogs, both local hotel and pub allow dogs as does the Bank and Hardware store. Great forest and riverside walks. If you like peace and quiet this is the place to be. Steve
