10kg BP gas light

My 10kg Bp Gas light is now showing the liquid at about a third up the bottle , I cant remeber what height the liquid was when I purchased it, Does anyone have any info. Next time I will mark the bottle with markers at 100%, 75%, 50% and 25% then I know how much I have used.

We carry 2 of these because we go abroad for long periods in spring or autumn, and because I got fed up with exchanging calor cylinders when they were still part full because I couldn't tell how much was left accurately. In the summer I bring one home to power the barbecue in the garden.

From memory (van is in storage) when full they are approx up to the top of the bit you can see through, ie up to the bottom of the solid green bit. I recall having to tilt a full one to see the level.

When they are full the liquid is 4/5ths up the cylinder, or 80%.
