2008 Coachman Laser 12v system fault

Hello,

Just looking for any advice on my 12v system issue. The battery in the van charges off my car while driving but doesnt charge while on EHU. All fuses are fine and no RCDs are tripped, has anyone run into this issue before with the coachman battery charger?
 
If it is the dual 12 volt system, of PSU, then one side, gives 12 volts to power 12 volts lights etc, the other side charges the battery.
Do your 12 v lights work ?

When on EHU check across your battery terminals with a Multi meter, you should see above 13 volts, this would tell if the charger side of the PSU is working.
