I was just wondering about dealer specials from swift, do they come with swifts new 'smart' construction?

Dealer specials are the same base model but the dealer adds their own badge and extras like a better sound system, alloy wheels, different upholstery, usually for less than the cost of buying all these extras seperately. The Caravan is constructed in the same way and, I believe, in the same factory as the other Swifts. I think the point of Dealer specials is to attract your custom to a particular dealership and hope that you will then stay a loyal customer for your next van and for your van servicing..
