2015 Fiat Dashboard

Hello all
We're just waiting to receive our Carthago which is on a new Fiat Ducato. They seem to have taken notice of requests to make the (previously disabled) map stand with the large clip in the centre of the dashboard useable again.
Only it looks a lot more complicated and seems that it may have been updated to take an iPad as the bottom looks like it may have a flip out stand.
Does anyone know how the lock on the left hand side works as the dealer didn't know...... and I can't find a youtube or anything to show me. I should have taken a photo but didn't so apologies that I can't show people the item. Any help would be appreciated (especially pointing me to a video). cheers Rosemarie

Hi, Whirlybird. Hope this reply is not too late for you. We've recently bought a Ducato that has the tablet/smartphone holder. If you lift up the holder by the edge which is furthest away from you, this edge will be the upper edge of the holder. Once it clicks into place, look for the small "lock" symbol on the left-hand side of the holder. Pull it out and the other bits of plastic that form the parts that'll hold your device will pop out. Hope that helps.
