Hi I have a 2015 530 model and I am very pleased with it. The issue I have is with Elddis after sale customer care. 1year 2months on I am still waiting for faulty cupboard doors to be replaced after they sent 2 that where the wrong size. You would think that a Big Manufacturer like Elddis would have got it right after the first one was sent .I thought that cupboard doors would be the same size but it appears not! I feel that like alot of main dealers they are only interested in the sale and not the aftercare
 
Eldiss do design their caravans as well or better than most but until they show a serious improvement in build quality and customer satisfaction they are the one make we will avoid.
