Hi all

I have just spent the day going round caravan dealers spares departments in the south trying to find a single socket 13amp 240volt (Beige) for my 2007 Bailey Ranger 460/4. Cannot seem to find one the same as in the caravan. Very near but not the same? I think the make is POL. You would think something so simple would be so hard to find. The little switch that controls the off and on has broken on the one in my caravan. If any one knows the make and where I could find one on the shelf and help me please.

Kind regards best wishes Steve.

If its a 2007 van it should be possible to get the part from Bailey via a dealer

If all else fails can you not transfer one already in the van that is in less prominent position and put the available one in its place

I did that with one that was below eye level by the centre chest and it didn't stand out

Hi all

I have had a problem with my Bailey Ranger 460/4 2007. After just coming back from three weeks touring the west country and on the 1st October we are of on our travels again. The wall socket in the kitchen kept blowing the breaker the switch on the socket was found to be the problem. Got in contact with M. Jordon who we purchased said caravan from. Very helpfull but did not have one instock. Offered to taken one off there show vans but this weekend there having a biggest ever preview weekend 27th and 28th to order would take 6 weeks. So you connot blame them for that. So I phoned Kelly Watts and explained the problem."We will get one in the post for you sir". My neighbour who is a part P eleck is going to fit it for me. Kelly Watts went to a great deal of trouble and time getting me this part which I have not gone into here.

I think Bailey of Bristol are very lucky to have a member of staff like this. But I bet she not appreciated by them ?

Steve Young THANK YOU KELLY

It could be a white one inside a cupboard--cheaper

Wanted a socket for my 2008 Ranger 460/4 so I could add one in the lounge area. Went into Waudbys and they had some off the shelf that were to my eyes identical. about a fiver I think with the backing box.
