307 2.0 HDi 90bhp 60kg Nose weight??

I orinally posted this in the towing safely bit? I'll try again in this forum.

I am totally new to this. I want a small (max 14ft) 4 berth van 1990 - 92 or something to see if we like caravanning. I have done calculations based on kerbweight of car (1335kg) x 85% = 1134kg based on caravan club guides suggested payload would be 225kg for 3 of us. so have assumed max unladen weight I can tow is 909kg. and figured if I can get a van with an unladen weight of 850 - 900 kg I should be ok. But... I understand that a 307 has a max nose weight of 60kg (My 307 handbook does not make reference to nose weight) Is a 60kg nose weight achievable with this sort of van? What vans would people recomend please for a lighter nose weight?

By appropriate load distribution within the caravan, any noseweight is achievable. One should, however, avoid placing heavy objects too far behind the axle.
