I have recently changes towcar to a 307 sw HDI90. Has any body got any feedback good or bad about the cars towing performance and ability, thanks in advanced....

I have an Alfa 147 JTD (140 BHP)and Lunar Stellar and my parents use their Pug 307 90HDI hatch, to tow the Stellar, but they find it somewhat lathargic to say the least. It is a fine comfortable car though and handles the very very competently as well. Quite a heavy car too to tow a heavyish 2 berth/lightish 4 berth. The tow car of the year competition had your one entered, but the 110 BHP version. The gave it a good rating too.

To sum up it will be slow, especially with the long gearing it has, but safe.

Now, if you were looking at the Alfa 147 JTD you would have one of the best ever towcars around IMO.
