8 weeks to Easter

Well who is ready to go at Easter,I washed the curtains in the van and cleaned it inside today,so thats a start,

Why wait till Easter? So many sites are now open all year round and are much quieter at this time of year. go for it if you can.

I only wish we had been away this past week, the weathers been brilliant. We are going the week before Easter, got two weeks booked in July and looking for somewhere for a week in October, undecided yet although Her Ladyship wants to go to Cornwall again. We will book the weekends according to the weather forecasts.

Why bother to book ? Camp with the "D.A.s" and just turn up, any where in the country, Tempory holiday sites, weekend meets go for it , give it a try, don't be shy.

We're off in 3 weeks time, for 4 weeks, so back home in time for Easter - wouldn't want to go away then - crowded roads, crowded sites and crowded attractions.

I understand the history of bank holidays and school holidays but if we didn't have then politicians would be lynched for suggesting them - what a stupid idea having everyone on holiday at the same time.
