You could try Fields End Water near March in Cambs http://www.fieldsendfishing.co.uk/

They have a CL as well as a small commercial site, both with full facilities, and two fishing lakes adjacent. We can recommend it, we've been this year and it's a lovely, well equipped, well thought out site with friendly helpful owners.
