Hello fellow adventurers.We are toying with the idea of spending Christmas in Southern Spain.How does it feel to be away from family at this time and are there some sites you can recommend that will take dogs too?We spent 3months at Camping Bon Sol in El Campello but we would prefer somewhere with more British at Christmas time.I love Spanish people but when things went wrong it was comforting to have help from fellow "Brits" and they were the only 2 on site at the time.

Try the Camping & Caravaning Club winter rallies which offer excatly what you are asking for. We are in La Manga for New Year and then into Portugal all with the CCC. Xmas/New Year has parties/meals etc which you can pre-book

Thats an excellent suggestion Wayne and will it be ok for us to stop for 12 weeks when the others leave atfter the rally.Will our 97 van look out of place amidst new uns we keep seeing
