Abbey Impression 520L 2004 HELP

Good day to everyone, hope you all had a nice day!
I recently moved into a 2004 Abby impression 520L with my boyfriend but we are having issues with the water heater system and tank?
Does anyone have any instructions manuals or any experience with these please?
We fill up our water barrel, it pumps the water into the storage water box onboard, taps all seem to work and everything but we have noticed the top of the storage water box leaks but we aren't sure if this is it overflowing but shouldn't it shop??? Any help would be appreciated

Maybe this might help

The Abbey Impression was a dealer special made by Swift for M ichael Jordan caravans in Surrey, it was the better of 2 ranges the other being Expression. The Impression added spec to bring it close to the Abbey Spectrum and Swift Conqueror.
If you look for manuals for either of those caravans they will have very similar systems to yours, you could try contacting the Abbey Owners Club, or the Swift Owners Club as they may have links to downloadable manuals
When you say the storage box is leaking , is that on the inside or outside of the caravan, it would be helpful if you could post a picture of your system as some caravans of that time were still using the Carver system that looks like an oblong box covered in polystyrene under the offside passenger seat.

Truma who bought Carver's leisure products in 1999 and withdrew all Carvers heating products in 2000. So it the caravan is a genuine 2004 as suggested in the title would not have a Carver Cascade or space heater, from new. Most likely Truma or possibly Whale.

Edit, There was another company that copied the Carver Cascade product and sold some under the name of Henry, but I don't recall any major caravan manufacturer using them in new products.

Hi and Welcome to forum if it was me i would have a AWS Mobile Caravan Engineer in your area to come and check it for the peace of mind / but I am sure someone on here will be of help to you.
