Abbey Vogue 600

Hello all!

I'm thinking of changing to this van from a Freestyle 480. I'd be very interested to hear from people who own and have used this van; also it would be good to hear from anyone who has looked at it and maybe not decided as yet.

Basically, I have decided to go for it but would like to know what everyone elses thoughts are before I take the plunge.

Any thoughts at all are welcome and thanks in advance.

We bought an Abbey Vogue 600 in April and love it. We've used it frequently through the Summer. It's met our needs for a young family (5 of us) and I've been pleased with the build quality with nothing significant wrong.

I'd recommend it.

Great, thanks Dave. I signed for the van this morning and it comes off the production line mid November, I'm over the moon with my choice and hope this one's as good as yours has been.

Hi everyone, having visited the show at the NEC recently, we too have decided that the Abbey Vogue 600 is the ideal van for us.

As a relative newcomer to caravanning (just three years)we too would welcome any comments from existing / past owners of this van. I am especially interested in what vehicles are being used to tow them, as our existing Rover 75 Tourer is not heavy enough.

I'm not actually picking up the van until this Saturday so haven't towed it yet, but we have a Nissan Terrano.

About the only thing I can think of that is heavy enough apart from the 4x4 is an Audi A6 or 5 series BMW. Some others out there may have some better ideas though.

As for the van, I think you have made an excellent choice..

Nick, thanks for that, we are looking at a VW Touareg 2.5tdi and a Merc ML270, both on 53 plates. Test drive VW today and ML tomorrow, will let you know.
