Aberystwyth coastal

Can any one recommend a park, CS or CL on the coast near Aberystwyth? Can be either 20 - 30 miles north or south of Aberystwyth, preferably close (spitting distance) to sandy beaches and a pub within walking distance. I detest stony beaches with a vengeance!

I would head for Newquay if you hate stoney beaches. It has wonderfully sandy beaches. Don't know of any sites in the locallity but at Aberystwith you couldn't go far wrong at Clarach bay (cabrian coast holidays). It is primarily a static park but the touring side is equally well cared for, with a level site and toilet facilities etc, and if you want a spectacular view the camping field is up on the cliff top.
