just out of storage, outside farm storage.

anyhow, took off those, plastic rail covers on the roof, what a bad design. cleaned and resealed with idl 99, very messy stuff.

had more on me clothes than the van.

abi award northstar tandem axle. Think this van was thrown together, very bad designs as some of you tech guys will know.

today i plan removing the awning rails both sides and the front rail above windows,.

time consuming job, but very glad i started, been meaning to do this for 5 years.

question is, does anyone know of any good mail order salvage yards for seating and a twin mudgaurd, sidelight lense.

im going to get our pride and joy back to its former self

I don't have any experience of using caravan breakers but found this on another site which might help. None of them are in Scotland but most will probably do mail order.

i can't believe you think they are thrown together. i have a 1988 abi award dawnstar and have had no problems with it apart from a bit of damp which i later discovered was barrons's fault for re-sealing it with general household selant. a firm in hull fixed it properly though.
