ABS Repair

Can anyone suggest a company that will repair an ABS front corner panel which has sustained a 60mm long crack and a 15mm hole. I have contacted (with relevant photos) a company in South Yorkshire but they have yet to reply. My home is in Scotland but I am willing to travel south around the Easter break.

Have you though about doing the repair yourself?
Plenty of ABS plastic repair kits on the market, its the spraying which is the most difficult, but can done and much much cheaper.
I think you will be surprised how much they will charge to repair?

Thanks Michael E

I have looked at the Plastex repair kit and think it would be OK but matching the colour will be difficult - I will try Bailey to see if they can supply a spray cannister to match.

try this company in Doncaster, they do panel repairs & make touch up paint for Bailey caravans http://www.panelworks.co.uk/ .You could also try Reads http://www.readcaravans.com/caravans who have a very good reputation for plastic panel repairs & also partake in several caravaning forums such as touring & tenting & Caravan talk

Further to the above, panelworks sell touchup paint on their EBay store.
