Ace Tristar water pressure

Bought a new Ace Tristar and have a real problem with low water pressure. The hot and cold comes out of the taps at nothing more than a dribble yet the shower works really well. Any suggestions???

If it's under warranty, refer back to the selling dealer.

Caravan water systems are either micro-switched in each tap or pressure switched near the inlet, your handbook should tell you which. It should also contain details of how to adjust the pressure switch (if fitted) but that really should have been done by the dealer on PDI.

True Roger but with the icy weather its been used as a reason for not putting water into the system.

That's what my friend was told which is why the crack in the wash basin wasn't discovered until the day (Sunday)before he went to Spain

Are we talking internal or external tank? it may be that you have not set the valves properly for the internal tank and drain off.

Read the manual as it can be a little confusing to start with

I have an Ace Twinstar. Water pressure in shower is u/s but OK in sink and kitchen.

Have only used inboard pump but will get problem checked out at service in May.

Also had to replace drain on kitchen sink when on holiday as drain cracked. Local dealer knew about this problem and have tried to email Swift but website down. Used different drain and now all ok.
