Actually, Doris works for GKS in Passau, not Munich. GKS is the customer care subsidiary of the ADAC.

Thank you for that, Doris did tell me that she was based some distance from Munich, but didn't mention that she was not employed by ADAC. Never the less she sorted my problem out, and I was very impressed by the service.
