Adria 4 Twin water flows by itself

Hello, in a 2010 Adria 4 Twin campervan, in the bathroom, when we turn on the water pump, a trickle of water starts flowing into the toilet. In addition, as of today, it is also flowing from the battery. Have you encountered these symptoms before, do you have a suggestion for a fix?
 
The toilet may have a solenoid valve (Thetford C263 types) which is opened when you flush the toilet , it gets the water from the main cold water feed so when the line is pressurised the inlet to the solenoid is also pressurised. The solenoid may have a piece of grit /debris in its seal and is therefore letting water by. Some can be stripped down and cleaned , others just have to be replaced .As for water coming out of the battery I have no idea!
