It seems that the MTPLM is 1300kg. Not sure about the bed size as it doesn't look like the layout really lends itself to front single beds. The layout and size are actually very similar to our Geist AK495 and although Claire or one of the kids could manage to sleep on the longer side of the front dinette seating, Rob certainly wouldn't be able to. On the Adria details on the link above, the double bed width is given as 5' - 4' 1 1/2" which suggests that one side is 5' and the other is 4' 1 1/2". Hope this helps and makes sense!

PS This layout works great for our family of 2 adults, 12 year old twins and a 5 year old. The wider bunks were the deciding factor for us.

We have had one of these for the past 2 years. We have a 14 yr old daughter an.d a 12 year old son. When abroad they sleep in pup tents and the wife and I use the bunks, so we can leave the front table made up. VERY comfortable!

On our 2 week holiday last year we left the front bed made up all of the time and used the rear dinette which comfortably seats 3 (4 at a push) for breakfast & lunch if we were around. We were lucky enough to get warm weather so we ate outside or in the awning in the evenings. The only trouble with this was remembering to get the stuff stored under the bed (toaster, sandwich toaster etc) out at the beginning of the holiday but this just meant moving it from the underbed locker to underneath the front of the made up bed. It worked really well and our sons loved lounging on the large double bed when they used the playstation!

We only do this when we're away on our own though as it's not very sociable when you invite friends in. We feel that this set up gives us the best of both worlds- a fixed bed when it suits or a spacious lounge when needed.
