advice on claiming insurance on my awning

went to get my awning out the garage looks like the mice have got to it i have got insurance for it with my caravan my caravan is 1050 cm meters so quite dear is it worth claiming and what happens

I would check the small print, not 100% certain but I think you may find that damage by vermin is not covered.

I have yet to see an Insurance policy that does not exclude damage caused by .. moth , vermin , mildew, rot , or any gradually operating process.

I think you will have a good repairer.

I know of an excellent one near Swindon Wiltshire.

I have yet to see an Insurance policy that does not exclude damage caused by .. moth , vermin , mildew, rot , or any gradually operating process.

I think you will have to find a good repairer.

I know of an excellent one near Swindon Wiltshire. Others on here around the country may also know good repairers
