From Fisguard Ferry Port,to Tintgel in Cornwall, we are booked into the CC club site,Trewethett Farm.Would you do the journey in one day or stay over one night on route.Reply;s welcome.
Personally, because I'm the only driver, I would stop somewhere. It's about 280 miles. If you are in the C.C. theres a site at Cadeside, Wellington only 2 miles off the M5 at Junc. 26 and because it doesn't have a shower block is only
We are staying st Trewethett Farm from Sunday and will be driving from the Cirencester area and that will be far enough. It will always take longer to get to your destination than you think so take LB's advice and break your journey. Are you going soon, if so hope the weather is nice for both of us.
It would depend on what time you are arriving at Fishguard and how much driving/traveling you have already done, I have just checked with AA autoroute with the speed set for towing and it indicates that it will take approx 6 hours add breaks ( 3No-max driving time 2hours) to this and possible traffic delays , it could be a very long drive. I would, probably based upon this info I would stop en route.
I think I would be looking for a night stop over some where near Burnham on Sea which would be approximately half way point. There are a few sites handy to the M5 close by and I should think a night stop would not be too much of a problem.
