Advice regarding waterproofing old ace rallyman

Hi

This is second message for advice regarding my one hundred and seventy five pounds ace rallyman.

Had electrics installed by qualified elec.

Now I find I have a slight leak.

Can anyone advise me please on how best to tackle this problem.

I feel that if I loosen main ridge and totally reseal this would be a start.

Im trying to avoid removing interior panels but feel I may have to do this.

The inside panel concerned is showing slight damage and is beginning to swell.

Its not dripping, nothing as severe as that but feel that if repair exterior then could dry out interior damage.

Am I living in a dream world or what?

Could any of you experienced hands advise me on this problem please.

Type of sealant would be a big help as well.

Thanks

Paul

Put it bluntly yea as its an old van it may be full of wet and dry rot, sounds like it,afraid you will have to take inside apart first to investigate, and rebuiling is cheap enough but tine consuming.i rebuilt complete front end of mine two years ago for about
