Advice to sell a static caravan

Hi

I was wondering if any of you could give me advice on selling a residential caravan on a desirable site near St Andrews in Scotland. It is brand new size 36ft x 10ft.

Hi Colin

Sorry you have had such bad experiences with static caravans. This is a BRAND NEW caravan I am selling. Nobody has lived in yet but it is on an excellent site near to St Andrews the home of golf.

Hi Mary,

I said I hope you won't have a problem - and I really hope you won't (and forgive my flippant response!). It's just that in my experience the financial arrangements for selling statics on any site - no matter how desirable the van and the site - are heavily loaded against the owner. I think most people accept that as fact - and it's a travesty!

Best regards...

In order to answer the question is it a static or park home as it cant really be both,if the latter it is controlled by the Mobile Homes Act 1983 if the former possibly by a BHHPA agreement.Which it is will greatly affect the way forward.
