Aerial/ Satellite Wall Plate

I have recently bought a satellite dish and an external connection aerial/ satellite panel. While the fitting of the external panel looks straighforward I have yet to source a neat looking wall plate to fit internally.

Has anyone else found anything that looks similar to the Swift group pre fitted sockets (early 2008 Ace Aristocrat)that will do the job. I should welcome your comments.

The key is the 'CBE' manufactured switches. Using the replies I have managed to to get exactly what I wanted.
