i have an aks 2004 fitted to my van. i drive a 4x4. problem hitching up. i have read all the info from others about how they do it but i also read somewhere that alko were aware of the problem and were going to do something about it. i notice that there is a new aks 2005 stabeliser. is this the replacement? if so what is the difference. thanks for reading this.
 
Hi Geoff, I have the same problem on occasions with my Jeep if the van is slightly uphill from it. At Earls Court I spoke to the men from Alko who said the retrofithandle was nearing completion of testing, it will be a replacement for the red plastic part and will be removable if need be. Cost?
