al-ko traction control

was quoted £150 for CMI to remove/refit my atc from bailey ranger 470/4 to new ranger gt60 540/6.But when booking appointment was told had to have different atc as my 470/4 was a slightly less MPTLM than new 560/4(atc have various weight units)and will have to pay full charge again..£580!!!...could have had factory fitted for £490!!!!not very pleased, going to see what additional cost to remove old unit and possibly sell it on e-bay..but time not on my side.

If you are contemplating moving an electronic stabiliser from one caravan to another at a later date, it may be worth considering the universal LEAS stabiliser as an alternative. There are only two models, one for single axles and another for twins, but otherwise the system is totally universal and suitable also for caravans with non-AlKo chassis, which the ATC isn't.
