Alde / swift heating problems.

Hi, I've recently purchased a 2017 Bessacarr 580. Basically a swift.
Having grave trouble witb my heating do what I want when I want. It has the Alde system and the cameo head display.
It comes on randomly through the night so I know it's working. Levels all OK.
I've been through every control on the Alde, set day/night times, it all shows it should be on.. but it's not!.. seen the cameo controls on heating and put them on to manual. Tried timer..
Can anybody help...
Heating definitely works... feels like head control not talking to the Alde system.
Alde system all showed on.. correct times, temperature above van temperature etc.. yet can't get it to kick in?? Baffling me to say the least...

I know nothing of your cameo control system. But I imagine you also have an Alde control panel. Can you forget the Cameo and just use the Alde which does everything you need.

Based on our earlier model 3010 which features "night mode", that may be included on your more modern version.

Have you or previous owner set it with "night mode", where the thermostat response to a different preset level during the set night times?
During that time it responds to whatever set temperature for the night that had been preset, not to the normal daytime setting.
