Alko Jockey Wheels

We have an Alko 1221695 Jockey wheel fitted to our Bailey Pageant Monarch 2006 Mod. In under 2 years we have been through 2 new Wheels and end of season last year a new complete unit. Guess what first time out this year at Easter the wheel has buckled again !This is on an ordinary grass surface.I am starting to think "it is not fit for purpose". Any one any help, advice or comment HELP ?

It might be better to have a pneumatic jockey wheel as the tyre absorbs some of the shock
Hi Everyone

Perhaps I should have explained more fully.

The model of jockey wheel I have is a sprung wheel which is made for use with motor movers, one of which I have fitted to the Caravan.

As of today I have tried to contact Alko on the 1st April & today, all I get is recorded messages !!!
