Am I legal

I am new to caravanning and I have a concern that I may not be legal.

I passed my test in 1986 so I know I am 'allowed' to tow. But the problem is my car and loaded caravan weighs 3.657 tonnes (Phaeton=2237, Bailey Pageant=1420). Am I allowed to tow like this? I thought there was a limit of 3.5 tonnes train weight.

Any thoughts?
