Just a little update with reference to my invitation for Coachman to partake in the forum. You may remember I received written communication, and I quote, "We, together with our dealers, have ongoing communications with our customers. All emails, telephone recordings and letters are dealt with and responded to within 48 hours...."
I wrote to Coachman and Chichester on Monday 7th July re issues in my "Dog's Breakfast" post and have received nothing whatsoever from Coachman, not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement or a holding reply. 48hrs?
At least Chichester wrote to assure me that all the vans were made in the same way!
