RE. Battery chargers i have 07 charisma555. currently waiting for its 3rd charger .at dealers waiting for a new one to be fitted ,does the charger have to be returned to Swift for repair or do Swift just supply a new one and then dealer fit it .dealer has had the van for 3 weeks. how long should it take . Nordelatronik ?? i think .will van be supplied with this make yet again ,or has Swift got its act together and changed this crap supplier .i hope so .last one only lasted 5 outing

Hi Duggie,

The process is for the supplier to return the faulty part to Swift and for a new replacement part to be sent out. Normally this is taking between 5 & 10 days.

Therefore, I am concerned that you have had 3 chargers.

if you want me to look into this please email me at aspacey@swiftleisure.co.uk with your details, van details and dealers name and I will check this on monday and get back to you,

HI! Andy thanks for the reply have just bought a new Charisma 550 almost the same as 555 like the layout and everything as the 555, so hope i wll not have the same trouble as before with the charger .Q are you still using the same charger as before. Q are they more reliable hope so .not Swifts fault that the chargers are crap but will wait and see
