Annex for quest awning

I have quest elite awning when trying to attatge annex I find the double zip has 2 stops on zip at one end and 2 stops at other does anyone has any advice as when we try to put it on you can't zip it up cause 2 open ends won't go together and the other side has 2 sops so the zip won't go in
 
Without seeing the problem I find it hard to answer. Maybe moving the zip runners to the other end of the zip?
Can you post some pictures?
 
Depending on where you live, if you require alerations, I can recommed the cancas repair centre at Burton on Trent. However, it sounds as if you have not got a matching set of zips. Some older awnings and annexes do have different zips, and of course a different shape. I would check the specs on the awning, it should tell you the zip type and compare that to the annex.

That said, Quest stuff was usually pretty generic.
