Annoying adverts.

The current banner advert from mediajmp.com is exceptionally distracting with the box continually vibrating and which ever button you click you get the main advertisment - whats the point of having cancel or X on these.
The vibration frequency could be potentially dangerous to those with certain brain conditions.

Could such adverts plese be stopped.

I quite agree with you

I thought the Advertising Statadards Authority had guidelines concerning flashing images because of their link to epilepsy.
 
…....you can turn them off if you find them really annoying!!

If you have more than one browser on your PC say Explorer and Firefox you can use Firefox to make posts on this website and on that browser you will get the adverts.

For just viewing this site you can configure Explorer to block them.

When viewing this site with Explorer click the following in this order.

Tools
Internet Options
Security
Restricted Sites
Sites
Add
Close
OK

This will block the adverts for this site in Explorer but you will not be able to post with these settings.
