Hello to you all.
I'm Keith and my wifes name is Maxine. We've been happy campers for around 8 years and last year progressed to our 2009 Bailey Ranger via a folding camper (but that's another story!!) While we may be well versed in most things outdoor, the caravan is a whole new adventure.

We had to have a weekend away after we brought it ..... maybe not the best experience setting it up in the dark on the first go, but we managed and had a great time. Our first trip of the year is booked as is our main holiday, so we're looking forward to the year ahead.

We hope to get some sound advice from you more experienced users and contribute to the chat as we get more experience. :cheer:

Welcome to the Forum. Maxine and Keith.
We are on our second Ranger and have had some brilliant holidays and short breaks away over the years.
I hope your caravanning experiences will be as happy and enjoyable as ours have been.
Best wishes Brian

Hello Dustydog.
I hadn't thought about attending the Woosiefest. Although I have followed the threads and I think the site looks really good. I like a spot of fishing occasionally and fished at Clattercote Reservoir about four years ago. Only a short hop from Anita's site. I said at the time of that visit I would like to try it again and also look around the area. Royal Leamington Spa, Oxford and even Coventry are all places we have never visited and all within a short (ish) run from the site at Mollington.
I've not actually applied for membership of your excellent Woosie Club yet although on a site last year having threaded my Kampa Air awning to the caravan laid out the tent pegs and groundsheet ready, then realised that I had left my pump at home I believe I am approaching the criteria for membership.
Best regards for now. Brian
