Another question regarding advice on buying a caravan .... sorry

Sorry if this is another, getting a family caravan post, dont know what to buy etc ..... but it is ....

- £4000 or less

- weighs less than 1200 kg (the other half wants to tow with her Berlingo and thats the limit)

- must be 4 berth as a minmum

- must have a fixed bunk or fixed double bed

- must have hot and cold water/ 12v and 240v electrics/central heating

Is this too much to ask ..... any suggestions on make etc.

Ref the above we have gone and bought a brand new sterckeman starlett 526 ce .... bit over budget but looks a great van ..

Not sure yet, gonna be the end of May before we have paid for it (raiding a few piggy banks) .... and then who knows, short journey first time out me thinks ...
