Under General - Watch Out LB Clive has made a post which says nowt, it's empty.
I replied asking him to shout up because I'd gone deaf but, despite it saying on the Forum Home page that I'd made a posting there was nothing from me

The tech guys were messing around with the servers the other day ( no -not serving wenches LB!) .
I don't know if this has any bearing on the recent problems. Perhaps Haymarket Towers has a ghost

I have held that view for years, you know you posting and there being nothing from you.

I do recall once you actually saying you agreed with me. The problem was the night before I was in my cups and had a hangover which caused me to post that liberal wet diatribe that I've forever regretted

It looks to our technicians as if both yourself and Clive used microsoft software such as Word to compose your posts before submitting them to the forum. This software adds code to the HTML which may cause this problem.
Our technicians suggest that if you wish to pre- edit your posts it would be better to use Notepad or similar which wouldn't add the unwanted code.

No, not at all Parksy. I always use the forum comment box to type in to. I can't even remember the last time I used word but when I do it's for tables.
By coincidence though I did type the wording of the Flash Player dialogue box into Notepad and then pasted it into the comment box with no problem.
I responded to Clives post exactly as I am to this one
