Hi Vansmudge

I've always just added overseas cover to the caravan insurance and made sure the contents element is sufficient to cover. I also add international recovery to the car insurance. Since we take the van on holiday I don't use separate holiday insurance.

Do you mean 'personal' holiday insurance, ie for you as a couple, rather than for the car and caravan? Some of these may be able to help:

Thanks Val,
That is most useful.
We are looking for insurance as a couple travelling without the caravan for 90 days to Spain, although we intend to use the caravan later in the year travelling to Belgium, France, Luxemboug and Switzerland.
We have been with Insureandgo for years but they only cover trips o f 31 days without refrence to the underwriters, which although ongoing now will we suspect, only hike up the premium cost.
I will contact your listings and revert.
Thanks again. Barry
