Any cheaper alternatives for a satellite dish to a tripod?

Hi all,
Just got a satellite and receiver from B&Q for £25! The tripods to stick it on seem to cost £25 as well. Has anyone made their own or used a cheaper alternative?
Thanks
Steve

I bought cheapest Tesco whirly dryer. Remove rope and turn up-side-down. Use loops of rope to secure legs to ground with pegs. I needed a jubilee clip to stop the dish pole rotating in the wind, but apart from that very successful!

I bought a worklight tripod - without the lights. Has the advantage that it does not need to be extended so the dish can be near the ground where it is less susceptible to winds.
Unfortunately I bought it at BricoMan in Boulogne (A16 St Omer exit) and I have yet to see such a solid unit on sale in the UK let alone at the equivalent of the €11 it cost me!
