Anyone live in their touring caravan full time?

My husband and I are thinking about renting out our home and living in our touring caravan full time. Is there anyone else out there who has done this? I would like to chat to anyone who has done this.

Hi Suzanne,

I have just found your post being new to Practical Caravan and I was wondering what your reason for doing this is?

We are actually thinking of selling our house and buying a touring caravan to live in as we are both now out of work and it may no longer be possible to keep living the way we are.

We plan to tour the country not just live in one place to make the best of a bad situation. We have started to plan but it is all a bit scary at the moment and there is so much to take into consideration. I will have a look at the link the moderator suggested and just wondered why you would be doing this and if anyone else has done this and what others think of what we are planning
