Are pitch prices going crazy

Every Travelodge we have stayed in has taken dogs but they charge a ridiculous £20 per stay whether it's for one night or more.

Compared to the €5 we normally pay per night in an equivalent type hotel in France that's expensive given we only ever use Travelodge as one night stop overs.

That reminds me . One of the reasons for starting caravanning decades ago was to bring our dogs with us. Back then , no hotels , guest houses etc ,nor pubs wanted dogs nor children. The die was set 👍
