Arras Sites Near By

We will be going to Arras in June travelling Newcastle to Amsterdam Ferry. Should be off the Ferry by 9 am so it should be an easy drive to Arras. Anyone know of any good sites in this area, would only need a week or so then travel down to Biarritz for 3/4 weeks for the Sun ( we hope )

We have stayed at Camping Chateau de l'Oseraie, 10 Rue du Chateau, 80200 Feuilleres.

It is a lovely quiet site in the Somme valley but has a bar and snack bar which is very convenient if you arrive late like us and don't feel like cooking. The reception we received when we arrived very late in the day (7.45pm) was as warm as you are likely to get anywhere. English spoken.

We only stayed one night but were impressed enough to book a week there this year (2009) as the final wind down before we hit the ferry home and to visit the fantastic WW1 museum in Peronne.
