I have just received an message from the man himself asking for advice from our resident experts of the PC forum.Although not a caravanner himself ( he says he's too old although I disputed that fact) he has lots of towing experience. His problems are the possibility of the need for change over the next few years and whilst he's at it he might solve some ongoing problems.
Advice is required in several areas
1) his concern that he is exceeding the 85% rule on a regular basis at this time of year .
2)Should Rudolph be at the back or the front as he has the heaviest nose weight ?
3) Should he move on to a 4x4 ( Oh deer not that again)
4) Should he change to diesel or stay with natural gas.
4)If he chooses a new trailer should he have a conventional layout or a fixed sled ?
5) If he does decide to start caravanning should he join the CC or will he upset too many people with all his ho,ho,hoing ?
Finally, we would both like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
P.S. If you are staying in the ' van over Christmas can you leave the roof hatch open as it's a tough squeeze down the heater flu.
